    Honor. Service. Gratitude.

In the same week as Veterans Day 2025, HARC invites you to stand with us in recognizing the extraordinary sacrifices and contributions of our nation’s veterans — the men and women who have worn the uniform and carried the weight of protecting our freedoms.

This special gathering shines a light on the Veterans Community Project (VCP) — a Kansas City founded nonprofit born from the vision and determination of combat veterans. VCP is more than a program; it’s a lifeline, providing the tools, resources, and support to help veterans navigate life’s challenges, resolve crises, and find lasting stability.

One of the most moving moments of our afternoon will be a guided tour of our local Veteran’s Village, where you’ll see firsthand the safe homes and strong community that VCP has built for those who once served us all.
